Information system for mapping, monitoring and analysing public internet networks

The project has developed an information system that collects all relevant information from publicly available sources (RIPE, BGP, etc.), collates it into a single package, and maps the logical structure of the internet infrastructure in Lithuania or in other countries, i.e., the components and the links that exist between them. The system collects data from non-public sources of information (incident reporting platforms, etc.) as needed, and links these data to the already available data. The system allows for continuous monitoring of the status of internet network objects, the history of topology changes, the ability to correlate, compare and analyze such objects historically, the detection of network failures, the activity of intercepted systems, and the generation of reports.
